Smashburger Brought Back This Popular Sandwich

EXPLORE MORE

Hot-food fans can rejoice. After launching the Scorchin' Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich in April 2021, Smashburger is bringing it back.

Nashville hot crispy chicken, fiery red pepper mayo, and pickles on a toasted baguette sold out at many locations last year.

As part of the item's return, better burger will sell the chicken sandwich online and in-store for $5 until Sept. 30, 2022. Add-ons and subs are extra.

Scorchin' Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich debuted with a marketing campaign calling for an end to the "chicken sandwich warfare" and celebrating the restaurant industry after a tough year.

As part of the programme, the Colorado-based chain handed fast-food workers free chicken sandwiches and provided a BOGO deal for customers.

Scorchin' Hot Crispy Chicken Sandwich isn't Smashburger's only new item this year.

The fast-casual burger restaurant released Adult Chicken Tenders and Scorchin' Hot Chicken Tenders in March.

Additionally, Smashburger made its Colorado Burger a permanent menu item.

The Angus beef patty is topped with grilled Anaheim chile peppers, aged cheddar and pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo on a spicy toasted chipotle bread.
