Simple Roasted Classic Vegetables Recipe

This easy and traditional recipe for roasted veggies is the perfect accompaniment to any evening meal.


2 heads broccoli, cut into florets
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
3 large carrots, diced

¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper


1. Turn the oven temperature up to 400 degrees F. While the oven is being preheated, place a big baking sheet inside the oven.

2. Put the vegetables in a sizable basin and set aside. To this, add some salt, pepper, and olive oil.

3. Place the vegetables that have been seasoned on the baking sheet that has been heated.

4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the vegetables are soft and the topping is crispy.
