Will they ever learn, incels? A Twitter user recently shared a picture of Barbie star Margot Robbie without makeup and labeled her "mid," causing the post to go viral.
Of course, the user got what they desired: a lot of attention and responses.
This person opened himself up for plenty of well-deserved roasting from fellow Twitter users in the few seconds it took him to write the Margot Robbie tweet.
"If she's mid, then you're a 1," one person remarked, while another added, "You calling her mid is ironic in so many ways."
That kind of back-and-forth carried on for a long, with the user continuing to write troll-like comments, so it appears that this was all done to elicit a reaction.
It appears to have succeeded, as the Tweet continues to gain traction. Of all, Margot Robbie is undoubtedly used to people talking over her online, so she's unlikely to be aware of this dispute.
The highly anticipated Barbie, starring Margot Robbie, will be released in theaters on July 21. Robbie portrays the titular doll, who travels to the real world with Ken (Ryan Gosling).
