COVID 19 is a virus strain, first identified in Wuhan, Hubei province, China, that has only spread in people since December 2019
Step 1: Prep Your Lips
The most critical stage is preparation! Lips that are chapped should be avoided.
Exfoliate with a damp toothbrush and hydrate with a lip balm to get smooth, supple lips. A lip primer can help to keep the color on your lips longer and avoid bleeding. Sugar scrubs also exfoliate.
Step 2: Apply A Base
If you're concerned about discoloration or uneven lip tone, use a foundation with your lipstick. Lipstick will not sink as a result of this.
Dab a matching concealer on your lips with a flat or tiny fluffy brush. This foundation should be sealed with compact. It keeps the color of your lips longer.
Step 3: Use A Lip Liner
To keep lipstick from smearing, a good lip liner defines, reshapes, and perfects the lips. You'll have a more defined, precise, and polished appearance.
To avoid feathering, use a liner that matches your skin tone to draw your natural lip line from corner to corner (this may vary depending on the lipstick you choose).
Step 4: Apply the Lipstick
After choosing your lipstick, apply it evenly to your lips using a lip brush. Include the inner corners as well. Put it on your lined lips.
Step 5: Add Definition
Use a small concealer blush on the corners of your lips to improve their contour. If you want pouty lips, use lip gloss.
