Frozen Watermelon Margarita Recipe


This frozen watermelon margarita is sweet and tangy. 

Rim seasoning adds heat. Cantaloupe or honeydew can replace watermelon.

1 tablespoon chile-lime seasoning, such as Tajín (Optional)
1 lime wedge (Optional)
¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)


⅓ cup tequila (2 2/3 oz.)
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup frozen watermelon cubes
2 tablespoons honey

1. Spread chile-lime seasoning on a dish for spiced glass rims. Run a lime wedge over 2 glass rims; roll them in seasoning.


2. Lime juice, tequila, ice, and watermelon. Honey-process the mixture for 30 seconds. 2 glasses (or the prepared glasses).
